how can i become a volunteer?

You do not have to be a freemason to be able to volunteer in the library. Anyone, male or female, who can reguarly commit to at least 2 to 3 hours a week can become a volunteer. Full training is provided. Simply telephone or email the Library to register your interest.

can anyone come into the library?

The library is a public library and as such anyone, male or female, can come into and use the library. The only restriction is that only members can borrow books etc.

can i take photographs in the library?

Yes. Whilst there are some areas in the Museum of Freemasonry where you can not take flash photographs there is no restriction about taking photos in the library. In fact we encourage it.
